HOOPLY 33 Ultra Container Door Gearbox

The Hooply 33 Ultra Door Gearbox is a very heavy duty unit suitable for steel doors. It is ideal when only the centre case needs replacing, avoiding the need to replace the full multipoint lock unit. It features a 30mm faceplate with 225mm screw centres and is reversible for both left hand and right hand applications.

The Hooply key operated gearbox is designed for use with container door multi lock systems, featuring a key operated latch and four deadbolt configuration for high security access.

Commonly found on steel storage units and shipping containers, this unit provides a durable replacement for worn or damaged Hooply centre cases.

Handing
The latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the top of the case. Once removed, toggle the slide switch at the top of the unit, reverse the latch, slide the toggle back, and replace the screw.

Operation
Locking Method – C: Two full turns of the key to lock, then two full turns of the key to unlock. An additional turn withdraws the latch.
